Subject: Recruitment: Online Application - screen to validate data from the previous screen before moving to the next one.
Summary:    
Clients are requesting a feature on RM Application (Vacancy Applications - Apply) - where before moving on to another tab - the system should validate that data is missing in the previous tabs.

For example: if there is no data entered on the Education tab - it should not let the user proceed to the next tab.

Can we have a configuration for the Recruitment Application that forces applicants to fill in Education, Experience, and Referencesbefore submitting an application? The rule should be Vacancy Application Specific
