   The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

   1. Category maintenance has a detailed form where users can specify which groups are restricted to a category.
   2. If a group is not defined in the category then all groups are displayed.
   3. Added an alias for each of the case header groups as requested.
   4. Added security for making cost amount visible.
   5. Added security to show/hide "cost rate" in case header and comments

1. Add dependency on classifications:
   1. Remove priority, product and group maintenance. Implement these three using the standard drop-down framework which has dependency capability.
   2. Add a new menu for SLA maintenance where user can choose which priority, group and category has SLA capability
   3. Implement data changes on the above changes (set up as no dependency)
   4. Amend SLA processes to comply with 2. above
2. Group heading classification.
   1. Add configuration for group headings
      1. CaseHeader.SectionTitle.AboutMe
      2. CaseHeader.SectionTitle.Classification
         
      3. CaseHeader.SectionTitle.Costing
         
      4. CaseHeader.SectionTitle.ResolutionDetails
         
      5. CaseHeader.SectionTitle.CaseSubject
         
   2. Combine top 4 section boxes into 1 section
3. Add a security option to show rate on cost dropdown
