Summary:    

Hi Sanjay, 

Email is not sent to each customer from "Email Report" and "Report Schedule" in POSWeb.

Issue

Email address for indivdual customers is not selected for emailing.

Reports affected:-

  1. Customer Statement
  2. Customer Statement A4
  3. Customer Statement - Running Total.
  4. Customer Balance - Age 
  5. Customer Fleet Charges
  6. Customer Fleet Statement

Steps to Replicate

  1. Schedule the "Customer Statement" report. Do not select the customer filter.Report should be sent to all customers.
  2. Report email log shows only one record.This is the email address of the person sending the email.
  3. Other customer email addresses are not depicted.
  4. Email to customers is also not sent from Reports.
