Summary: | Hi Sanjay, Email is not sent to each customer from "Email Report" and "Report Schedule" in POSWeb. Issue: Email address for indivdual customers is not selected for emailing. Reports affected:- - Customer Statement
- Customer Statement A4
- Customer Statement - Running Total.
- Customer Balance - Age
- Customer Fleet Charges
- Customer Fleet Statement
Steps to Replicate - Schedule the "Customer Statement" report. Do not select the customer filter.Report should be sent to all customers.
- Report email log shows only one record.This is the email address of the person sending the email.
- Other customer email addresses are not depicted.
- Email to customers is also not sent from Reports.
