Subject: Reports: "Customer Fleet Statement", "Customer Fleet Transaction Listing", when generated filtered by Customer Category and Customer Group report comes as blank

When the below reports are generated and filtered by Customer Category and Group, there is no data in the report. 

  1. Customer Fleet Statement,
  2. Customer Fleet Transaction Listing,
  3. Customer Fleet Transaction Listing
Without using these filters the report displays data

This has been reproduced on the Linksoft Demo database. Below environment.

Server: LINKAD
DB: Link Technologies - DEMO

Section C. The issue can be reproduced by performing the following steps: 
  1. Load any of the 3 reports
  2.  Select Date From 01/03/2023 and Date to : 30/04/2023
  3. Select Category as Mobil
  4. Select Group as PostPay
  5. Click Pdf or Crystal
  6. The report would be blank.

Expected: Data for customer CU000001 should be displayed on this report.

    1. Corrected filter for Customer Type, Customer Group and Customer Category on the following Reports:
      1. Customer Fleet Statement,
      2. Customer Fleet Transaction Listing
      3. Customer Fleet Charges

    3. Affected Areas:

    1. Customer Fleet Statement,
    2. Customer Fleet Transaction Listing
    3. Customer Fleet Charges

    4. The issue was caused by:
