If you don’t want to allow users to access your Customer Maintenance screen, you can use the following steps

Steps to perform:

Step 1. Login to POS using Administrator rights

Step 2. Click on Master Security à User Role àUser Menu Access

Step 3. Select appropriate role

Step 4. Locate Menu ID 622-1 – Customer

Step 5. Un-tick the check box to remove access
