Subject: New Alert to notify project manger and client upon completion of a certain percentage of budgeted hours.
Summary:    

Dear Team,

When a certain percentage of bugeted hours is completed, the system should generate an email notification that will notify project manger and client upon completion of this certain percentage.

For example: once 75% of the budgeted hours is completed, an email should be triggered informing the project manger and client that 75% of the hours is completed and 25% is left.

Required: Make the percentage value configurable so users can decide on the completion percentage.

We have built a process alert that can be configured to send an alert based on a threshold.

Testing is in progress.
