Hi Sanjay, 

We have tested the case with version 8.2.9

Issue - New roles created from "Role Maintenance" does not load menus to enable access

Steps to replicate

  1. Create a new role "New Role" under Global - Role Maintenace.
  2. Go to Global - Role Menu Access
  3. Load "New Role"
  4. Menu listing is not populated to enable access. Refer to Figure 1.

  1. Created a new procedure to add/edit roles. This procedure creates the role menu entries as well.
  2. Changed Web framework to use the new procedure.

    Verified, with Sanjay,version of ESS should be 8300.00DEV.

    Did a new installation, version is updated accordingly. Retesting case now.
