| Subject: | Discrepancies with the "Position Listing/ Occupancy" report |
| Summary: | The below items needs to be resolved - There are two reports for "Position Listing/ Occupancy" with the same name and details. We can keep one of them.
- The "Position Listing/ Occupancy" under Payroll has an "Effective Date" filter. Generating the report with a date range also prints all "vacant" positions which do not have an "Effective Date".
- The report labels are not consistent with report filters.
- Add wrapping for the "Position Description" column.

The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):| - Removed "position listing/occupancy" report from HR. Use the report from Payroll menu 343-2
- Renamed "Date" filter to "Date Created From/To"
- Added standard report framework
- Additional filters added to the report: Reports To and Job Description
