Subject: Discrepancies with the "Position Listing/ Occupancy" report
Summary:    

The below items needs to be resolved

  1. There are two reports for "Position Listing/ Occupancy" with the same name and details. We can keep one of them.
  2. The "Position Listing/ Occupancy" under Payroll has an "Effective Date" filter. Generating the report with a date range also prints all "vacant" positions which do not have an "Effective Date".
  3. The report labels are not consistent with report filters.
  4. Add wrapping for the "Position Description" column.

  1. Removed "position listing/occupancy" report from HR. Use the report from Payroll menu 343-2
  2. Renamed "Date" filter to "Date Created From/To" 
  3. Added standard report framework
  4. Additional filters added to the report: Reports To and Job Description
