Issue is specific to the client. Client was upgraded from version 949.007

  1. Navigate to LinkWeb --> Point of Sale --> User Options.
  2. Click on the menu throws below error.

Development work for this case has been completed.

The change will be available in version:11.004

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. Added security ID encryption when upgraded to version 11.004

2. Affected Areas:

  1. POS User options
  2. Sign in to Point of sale using security ID

3. The issue was caused by:

  1. Security ID was not encrypted in the upgrade.
