Issue: 

PNG Tax rules are hardcoded in function: LT_PAY_CalculateDependantRebate_fx. 

If the PNG rates changes, the calculations will need to be amended.

Solution:

1. The dependant rebate rates need to be added as rules in the tax scale setup.
2. Add the rebate amount to the payroll processing screen as a non-pay item. This is required by the client (ANGSL) to show the rebate amount in the employee's payslip so they can verify the PAYE amount calculated is correct.

1. The change will be available in version:12.41.0421

2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

   1. 1 Dependant - A
   2. 1 Dependant - B
   3. 1 Dependant - C

   7. 3+ Dependant - A 
   8. 3+ Dependant - B
   9. 3+ Dependant - C
      
2. These additional fields are used in the calculation for dependant rebate.

1. Payroll & HR Maintenance -> Payroll Tax
2. Payroll Processing -> Pay Processing -> Tax calculations for PNG

4. The issue was caused by:
