Subject: Password requirements instructions are not correct
Summary:    

The password requirements instructions are not correct to what is setup in web.config.

The current web.config setup for password is:

minRequiredPasswordLength="8"
minRequiredNonalphanumericCharacters="1"

Instructions displayed on screen is:

Passwords are required to be a minimum of 8 characters in length.

Please change the password requirement instructions to correctly state that 1 non-alpha numeric character is required.
