| Summary: | Scale item quantity is incorrect for items having tax exclusive setup. For example: Item code: TI003 is set up as 10% exclusive of tax. Unit price setup in inventory is $10.00. When the scale item is scanned using code: 0TI0030200000, the quantity is incorrectly shown. The correct quantity should be 1.8182.

| Development work for this case has been completed. The change will be available in version: 9.4.8.005 1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):| - Corrected POS application to use Unit price including tax to calculate the scale item quantity.
2. The issue was caused by: - For items having excluding tax price setup, the quantity calculated was incorrect for scale items.

This case has been successfully tested.
Documentation on the case is not required.
Test Environment - Version 9408 Beta 5
- LINKSOFT on QA1.
Test Plan - Created an item T123 with tax as exclusive with a rate of 9%. Unit Price is $10.00
- Set the tax break down as Product Code 02/04 and Price 07/04. 0T12303020000.
- Loaded item in POS. Total should be $30.20, Tax should be $2.49, Quantity should be 2.77 - Pass.
- 30.20/1.09 = 2.49
- 30.20-2.49 = 27.71/10 = 2.77
