Subject: Unable to upload employee from Excel Template in version 8.11 when payteam entered was invalid
Summary:    

Hi Sanjay,

When data is uploaded from the excel to Demo database as well as New database, the profile is created but does not appear on the Employee Profile Screen.

The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. The employee profile was not created successfully because the Pay Team entered in the template did not exist in the database. We have added a validation check to raise this as an error.

3. Tab order, spelling, alignment, font size consistency, screen size etc checked? N/A

Additional Details (Risks, issues, special conditions required for this test to pass etc): 

The "Pay team"  is now validated. Users can choose the pay team listing from the database. 

If  user types a pay team that is not on the system, message prompts.

Employees are now successfully uploaded and created on 321
