Summary:

LinkPOS Delivery Management enables you to run a quick delivery business and manage your delivery drivers, all smoothly and efficiently.

Steps to perform:

Step 1. Process Sales by selecting the Order type as ‘Delivery’

Step 2. Login using POS Administrator access and click on Delivery Management

Step 3. Click on New , This will load all the pending deliveries

Step 4. Select the Deliveries which you want to deliver in a batch and click on save

Note: The status still shows as ‘New’ indicating that the deliveries are still in the shop. The delivery slip needs to be printed for the status to change to In Progress indicating that delivery is now underway

Step 5. Print the delivery Reports using Reports Menu

Step 6. This report shows the delivery details for the customer. The driver cannot leave without printing the delivery slip. The Delivery slip will be signed by the relevant customers to verify that they have received their product. Close the Report. This will bring you back to the main Delivery Management screen with the Status of the Batch now changed to In Progress

Step 7. Once the Goods have been delivered you can now complete the batch. Select Utilities Menu à Complete Batch
