Summary: | Hi Sanjay, This has been tested in 9.4 Beta 6. Issue: Report Schedule creates double entries for a schedule Step to Replicate - Log into ESS and go to Report Schedule.
- Click on "Add Schedule".
- Enter the below details.
- Description - Test
- Subject - Test
- Email To - rashna@linktechnologies.com.au
- Frequency - Everyday at 4pm
- Select the Report - Applicant Profile
- Update "Email Report Option" and "Run report as user".
- Enter Company as 1001.
- Click on "Save". Do NOT close the form.
- Tick the "Active" option and save again. Close the form.
Note: Two entries are created. One entry is active and other was not. Refer to Figure 1. Figure 1: Duplicate Report Schedule. Test Environment - LINKSOFT on QA1 - Demo Setup

| Development work for this case has been completed. The change will be available in version: 95 1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):| - Added GUID to ID field when new entries are created
2. The issue was caused by: - By design, we wanted to be able to create multiple schedules. In the next release, we will consider having a COPY button
