This has been tested in 9.4 Beta 6.

Issue: Report Schedule creates double entries for a schedule

Step to Replicate

  1. Log into ESS and go to Report Schedule.
  2. Click on "Add Schedule".
  3. Enter the below details.
    1. Description - Test
    2. Subject - Test
    3. Email To - rashna@linktechnologies.com.au
    4. Frequency - Everyday at 4pm
    5. Select the Report - Applicant Profile
    6. Update "Email Report Option" and "Run report as user".
    7. Enter Company as 1001.
    8. Click on "Save". Do NOT close the form.
    9. Tick the "Active" option and save again. Close the form.
Note: Two entries are created. One entry is active and other was not. Refer to Figure 1.

Development work for this case has been completed.
The change will be available in version: 95

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):|

  1. Added GUID to ID field when new entries are created

2. The issue was caused by:

  1. By design, we wanted to be able to create multiple schedules. In the next release, we will consider having a COPY button
