Issue: The "Call No From" and "Call No To" is not functional on the "Call Listing Report (Summary)" report

Steps

  1. Generate the report with "Call No From" and "Call No To" as 9011. No data appears in the report.
  2. Generate the report with only  "Call No From" filter as 9011. Data appears in the report.

    Hi Alvis, 

    I can not fully test this case for the below reasons.

    1. The "Comment By" does not generate the correct case. Generate the report with comment by as "Janet". This outputs case number 9278. However, user Janet did not comment on the case.
    2. The report filters are not correctly displaying reports
      1. Generate the report with dates as 01/01/2018 to 15/01/2018. Priority as High - Data is generated.
      2. Remove the priority filter.
      3. Generate the report. The report is generated as blank.

    1. Added notes on "Call Listing" and "Call Analysis" report to state that default "date type" is "logged date"
    2. Changed "call listing" report procedure to correctly display cases based on "date type filter". 
    3. Corrected report to show data based on "Comment By" parameter.

    2. The issue was caused by:

    1. Inconsistent checks were in place showing cases with no comments when "Date Type" parameter value was "comment date"
