Subject: Fleet Management - Add ability to set up additional security for each Driver
Summary:    

Mobil FIJI has asked us to add the ability to setup Driver PIN for each Fleet card.

Requirements:

  1. Each Fleet Card should have a PIn - THis already exists in the system
  2. Each Card can have multiple Drivers. Each Driver should have a PIN
  3. When a card is used, if there is a DRIVER PIN setup, both PINS are then required to use the card
  4. Capture the following details for a Driver:
    1. Full Name
    2. Address
    3. Tax File Number
    4. Employee Number
    5. Phone
    6. PIN Number
    7. Valid From
    8. Valid To

Example 1:

  1. Create  Vehicle DLW89V - use PIN Number for this vehicle as 1122
  2. This card has no Drivers Setup, therefore any driver using this card will only need to enter PIN number: 1122

?Example 2:

  1. Create  Vehicle EEE58 - use PIN Number for this vehicle as 1133
  2. This card has two Drivers Setup
    1. Driver 1 - Pin 23
    2. Driver 2- PIN 5555
  3. When Driver 1 presents the card, the PIN validation should be 113323
  4. When Driver 1 presents the card, the PIN validation should be 11335555

Development work for this case has been completed.

The change will be available in version:11.5.0507

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. Added "Fleet Management" Tab to Customer Maintenance Detail Form
  2. Added Driver details as a detail form
  3. Changed POS functionality to meet the requirements outlined in the case header  

2. Affected Areas:

  1. LinkWEB Customer Maintenance
  2. POS PIN Validation 

3. The issue was caused by:

  1. Mobil Requirement

  1. Added Vehicle details to all receipts. Driver Name added in front of Vehicle Number
