Subject: Issues with "Employee Pay Rate Utility" report and screen.
Summary:

The following issues have been identified.

Employee Pay Rate Utility - Report

  1. The "Rate From" and "Rate To" filter lists the "Rate Change Code" multiple times. This is based on the number of employees included in the rate change.
    1. Go to 321 -- Utilities -- Maintenance -- Employee Rate Change.
    2. Generate the rate change for FTN employees. (This had 20 employees and the rate change code was "RC000004")
    3. Update the rate.
    4. Review the "Rate From" filter for the report, "RC000004" is shown 20 times in the filter.
  2. Change the description for "Rate From" to "Rate To" to "Rate Change Code From" and "Rate Change Code To".

Employee Rate Update Utility - Screen

  1. Unable to generate the rate utility for a range of employees.
    1. Go to 321 -- Utilities -- Maintenance -- Employee Rate Change.
    2. Enter the "Change By"rate, "Approved By" and select employees E002 to E008 for the rate change.
    3. Click on "Calculate". The screen greys out.
  2. After we create a rate change, we cannot search it on the screen, the "Rate Change Code" search form is loaded as blank.
