Summary:    

Hi Sanjay, 

I have tested the case in 817.

Customer Name is not printed when "Print Kit Parent Items on Receipt" is set to "Yes".

Steps to Replicate 

  1. Set the configuration under Global as "Print Kit Parent Items on Receipt"  as "Yes".
  2. Process a Credit Sale for a customer.
  3. Print the receipt.
When the receipt is printed, the customer name is not printed for signature. Refer to Figure 1.

Figure 2, shows the customer name printed when configuration is set as No.

Hi Alvis ,

I am unable to process sale of a kit items after I have done an inventory adjustment for the parent item.

Issue has been resolved. please retest by applying the update for 8.18 beta4.

QA for product and Patch Releases
Step 1 - Developer to system test changes until not issues are found - Alvis and Sanjay to sign off on System Test
Step 2 - Product expert allocated by Consulting Manager for Product QA.
               Consulting Manager to allocate resource
               Consulting Manager to sign off on UAT and Generic Test

STEP 1 - DETAILS OF QA can be entered in case comments. Summary to be maintained in the table below.

Tested case in QA1 with database Linksoft.  Version 818 Beta 4.
