Subject: Time Entry Report - Cannot generate any data in the report if ENTRY TYPE filter is selected
Summary:    

Hi Team

While doing UAT in V14.30 - we noticed that the Time Entry Report does not generate any data in the report if ENTRY TYPE filter is selected.

If the entry type is unselected - all the data comes.

Please look into this.

Hi Sanjay

We diagnosed this using the demo environment "https://linktechnologies.com.au/DEMO-LinkSOFT-LBS/Account/" and also using the LTA database restored in QA4, the same was experienced in V14.30.

Steps to Replicate in the Demo Database:

Part 1: Entry Type:  Blank

  1. Select the Time Entry Report
  2. Select the dates required - From 17/11/2000 To 17/11/2022
  3. Leave the "Entry Type:" blank - the report generates data. (Refer to Figure 1)

Part 1: Entry Type:  Expense Entry 

  1. Select the Time Entry Report
  2. Select the dates required - From 17/11/2000 To 17/11/2022
  3. Leave the "Entry Type:" Expense Entry - the report generates blank data. (Refer to Figure 2)
