| Summary: | Hi Sanjay, During the testing of GL file integration, it was noticed that pay does not update successfully in XXXXX's database. Steps to Replicate: - Restored client DB as : CLIENT-XXXXX-LINKPAY
- Upgraded to version 925
- Cancelled all the existing pays
- Created a new pay for "FTN"
- While trying to update, the following was received:
Environment:
- QA: 3
- DB: CLIENT-XXXXX-LINKPAY
- V: 9.2.5.0.000

| Hi Aarti, I have updated customization script for HBK with changes to leave accrual procedure to include the user updating the pay run. The update will be available in Beta6. regards

I have tested this case on the below environment. QA Details: - Database setup on LINKQA4.
- Application on LINKQA2
- Application version: 926 Beta
- Web Hosted on: 10.0.0.12\ESS
Steps: - Created a weekly pay in version 8.18 and 926 Beta. Generated the GL Report from both version and compared the details and summary. Compared the GL output files after updating pay
- Created a Fortnightly pay in version 8.18 and 926 Beta. Generated the GL Report from both version and compared the details and summary. Compared the GL output files after updating pay.
The files from both version was comparable. Attached are the copied of the file for your perusal. Please proceed to close this case. Regards
