Subject: OHS Incident Listing report does not show all incidents.
Summary:    

Hi Sanjay, 

I have tested the case in 812 with Beta 3.

The OHS Incident report only loads record with Type "Near Miss".

I created 5 incidents with type 'Minor, Near Miss and Major". When I generate the report for company 1001. Only 2 records appear with type "Near Miss". However, there is 5 entries on the screen.

The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. The report was applying the filter "near miss" when record type filter was left blank. I have changed the extraction to get all records when record type is blank.

All entries were successfully loaded on the report.
