Subject: Incorrect Error message when Purchase Orders are not posted
Summary:    

Hi Sanjay,

There are times when the purchase order have inventory for which posting accounts are not set.

When the users posts these purchase order from 577, the system prompts "Transaction Post".

However, the purchase orders are not posted in real. It remains on 577. Users then have go and view each inventory item and verify if account codes are set.

Solution

Correct message and if possible include items for which account code needs to be updated.
