Subject: Review the contents of the "Graph" in the "Employee Composition" report.
Summary:    

Steps to Replicate

  1. Generate the "Employee Composition" in Demo.
  2. There are 18 female employees and 31 male.
  3. Generate the report to show the graph. The graph is generated on the last page. 
  4. There is a bar in "Blue" on the graph. We do not know what it represents. Refer to Figure 1.

Please review the results.

  1. Merged "Age Group" report into "Employee Composition"
  2. Changed report to use the standard framework
  3. Changed to "Employee Composition Report"
    1. Group By 1 = Territory, Branch or Cost Centre (user can choose this from parameter)
    2. Group By 2 = Age Group
    3. Group By 3 = Service Type
    4. Group By 4 = Ethnic
  4. Changes to graph
    1. Graph 1 = Employees by Group By & Cost Centre
    2. Graph 2 = Employees by Age Group & Gender
    3. Graph 3 = Employees by Ethnic & Service Type

  3. validate if the filter name is the same in the report.
  4. Verified color coding for each grouping

  1. The filter label is "Employee Status" but the report file only shows "Status".
  2. The column labels is removed from the report is generated for 1 employee.
