1. Change Details: (Requester to fill in) Our Current "Customer Processing View" seems to have too many information for the customer to figure out what is being displayed. We have implemented our POS Solution for LunchBOX PTE Limited and the have requested if the view could be simplified as below: Ready | Under Processing | 108 | 109 | 112 | 110 | 113 | 111 | | 114 | | 115 | Please watch this space for your number!!! |
- "Ready" & "Under Processing" to be User defined
- "Please watch this space for your number!!!" --------User defined and Possibly to have this text to blink
- Font Size to be configurable as the current Font size is not clearly visible
For 2. TEST PLAN: Place all possible test cases relating to this new feature/Change request (Requester to fill in) - Process a Bulk Item Order
- Number should not Appear on "Customer Processing View"
- Change Status of above order to "In Progress"
- Number should appear in "Under Processing" column
- Change Status of above order to "Ready"
- Number should appear in "Ready" column
- Change Status of above order to "Delivered"
- Number should disappear from "Ready" column

| Completed: - Added new form on ~/Public/CustomerDisplay.aspx that shows customer orders. Display will show: New Orders, Processing and Ready.
- Added procedure LT_POS_CustomerDisplay_SELECT to extract data
- Added 5-second refresh timer
Next steps: - Add menu item for ~/Public/CustomerDisplay.aspx
- Amend procedure LT_POS_CustomerDisplay_SELECT to return numbers from the top of the list
- System and UAT

| Hi Rashna, - We have changed numbers to display Reference No in web customer display.
- We will not hide the display of "New Orders" as this will show which orders were placed. If there is a need to remove "New Orders" this will be treated as customization.
