- Get the below error as shown in Figure 1

| Development work for this case has been completed. The change will be available in version:11.4.1015 1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information): - Added code to cleanup product code before passing it to the web search.
2. Affected Areas: - POS Item information page
3. The issue was caused by: - the character "&" is a reserved character in search, therefore, it cannot be used in inventory descriptions. To avoid the problem, we cleanup the product description before sending a search request.
