Subject: Enhancement - Include "Create Leave Transaction" and "SOLD" to the payroll template.
Summary:

Hi Sanjay,

In our previous versions (eg7508), users could upload leave in the current pay and create leave transactions through the payroll upload template. There was a box reading "Create Leave Transaction" on the excel.

This has been removed in version 8007.

However, clients like Hot Bread and Pacfo use this at every pay. We would like that to be maintained. They make all editions in the excel and upload the leave.

Features to be included

  1. Include "Create Leave Transaction" on the excel.
  2. Include Option to Mark Leave as "SOLD"

Regards
Rashna

Hi Alvis,

I have tested the case in QA 1 with database LINKSOFT.

Create Leave Transaction from excel does not "Check Leave Balance". We can upload more hours with "Check Leave Balance" as Yes.

Steps to Replicate. Refer to image below.

  1. Enable Check Leave Balance as YES. Example for AAL15.
  2. Employee E003 has 32 hours as Balance for AAL15.
  3. Users can successfully upload 50 hours from excel. This is marked as TAKEN.

Regards
Rashna
