Subject: Mismatch with In Stock and Lot Bin details after Transfer
Summary:    

Hi Sanjay, 

I have tested the case in QA1 version 818 Beta1.

Issue is with Replication 

  • HQ database - LINKSOFTHQ on QA1
  • Branch 1 database - LINKSOFTBRANCH1 on QA1
  • Branch 2 database - LINKSOFTBRANCH2 on QA4

Use example 

  • Item - LB
  • Transfer Number - B1XF000003

Steps to Replicate.

  1. Create a Lot Bin Item.
  2. Do an adjustment of 112 at for location BRANCH1.
  3. Create a transfer request of  12 from BRANCH1 to BRANCH2.
  4. Ship 12 serials.
  5. The Quantity in the branch 1 database is updated as 100 for location BRANCH1. The details are also correct. See Figure 1
  6. There is a mismatch at HQ. See Figure 2.
    1. Instock shows quantity of 100.
    2. The Lot Detail shows quantity of 104.
    3. Serial Numbers already transferred still remains in the details,

QA for product and Patch Releases
Step 1 - Developer to system test changes until not issues are found - Alvis and Sanjay to sign off on System Test
Step 2 - Product expert allocated by Consulting Manager for Product QA.
               Consulting Manager to allocate resource
               Consulting Manager to sign off on UAT and Generic Test

STEP 1 - DETAILS OF QA can be entered in case comments. Summary to be maintained in the table below.

  4. If UAT Passes, Assign case for Documentation or close case
