Change the Shift Close message needs clarification and alignment with button text:

Change to:

This wizard will take you through the process of closing a shift. If you choose "PARTIAL Close", the shift will remain open and the payment methods "selected" will be reconciled. If you are not sure about this process, do not use "PARTIAL Close". "Full Close" will reconcile and close this shift.
