Subject: Allow users to enter comments when approving or rejecting leave.
Summary:    

We need an option for users to add comments while approving leave.

Need to separate supervisor comments from employees comments.Currently only one field where employee and employer both put their comment. Required especially when leave is being rejected
  1. Approvers should not be able to edit employee or other approvers comments and vise versa
  2. Approver comments should be reflected on the Leave Transaction Report

    Notes are only visible on the LinkWeb Leave applications form. We cannot place this note on leave transaction report as there are many notes related to 1 leave application.
