Subject: Add the ability to automatically upgrade DEMO and NEW Data structures with each new release
Summary:

Problem:  The NEW and DEMO database have to be built on every patch and new version release. This takes a lot of time and is prone to mistakes.

Further Details: Since we are building an upgrade script, we can use the single upgrade script to upgrade NEW and DEMO builds instead of rebuilding the NEW and DEMO Builds. This will save us a significant amount of time in releasing versions.

Possible issues: When a new or Demo build is created, the system will check if the database needs to be upgraded. If so, the upgrade form will popup and the user has to select the option to "Apply Scripts". The demo/New database will then be upgraded.
