Subject: Panel Members from Company 1002 unable to view shortlisted applicants of Company 1001
Summary:    

Currently we have the facility to add interview panel members from multiple organization for a particular vacancy from menu 452 Interview Panel. Now if the vacancy if for organization 1001, panel member of 1002 are unable to view this vacancy in ESS to provide their panel score.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Create a vacancy in Backoffice eg: VAC201801 for position 008
  2. Add panel member from menu 452. Select organization 1001 and employee E002 as Panel member 1. Select organization 1002 and employee E0001 as Panel Member 2.
  3. Now advertise this vacancy and create 3 applicant profile.
  4. Set status to this applicant to shortlisted from menu 455.
  5. Login to ESS with user Sanjeet (E002) and review the interview menu. You will see the shortlisted employee for position 008.
  6. Login to ESS with user Sanjay (E0001) and review the interview menu. Note this menu is blank for this user.
This was tested on Beta 8.2.6.00

The following has been completed:

  1. Corrected issue where interview page was blank. This was caused by an incorrect table join between user and vacancy.
  2. ESS interview applicant changed to show all status to prevent records from disappearing when status is changed in HR.
  3. Changed the sort order for applicants to be Submitted on top followed by applicant name.

Note: Vacancies listed on the interview page is filtered by the company in which the vacancy is attached.

  2. Add employee E002 from 1001 and E0003 from company 1002.
  3. For employee E0003, have the below setting under User Maintenance.

  4. Run the Applicant List Report in company 1001 with user E0003

    As per GTM with Sanjay and Alvis. 

    We need to create the user on 222  and assign it a role. The role should have assess to the companies. This will allow us to generate the reports successfully.
