Subject: Test mode information is not displayed in POS receipts and reports
Summary:    

When the system is running in test mode, POS receipt and reports should display test mode information.

The following reports do not show test mode information:

  1. Receipt 80mm
  2. Receipt A4
  3. POS Reports such as park slip, account payment, shift close, on account payment.

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):|

  1. Changed all reports (except customer statement) to use standard header.
  2. Changed all reports to use standard footer. Standard footer message comes from the application running the report. We have set this to the following text "Powered by Link Technologies (Linktechnologies.com.au). Licenced to: {LicencedCompanyName} Version: 9500.000"
  3. Removed the following unused reports:

      341-12-SingleTouchPayrollSubmission.rpt
      341-4-PR_TaxStateReport.rpt
      525-3-01-IN_RecipeCategory.rpt

      525-3-03-IN_RecipeCostCode.rpt
      525-3-04-IN_RecipePorCode.rpt
      525-3-05-IN_RecipeInstrCode.rpt
      525-3-06-IN_RecipeSetup.rpt
      525-3-07-IN_RecipeMenuSetup.rpt
      525-3-08-IN_RecipeMealBreakSetup.rpt
      525-3-09-IN_RecipeMenuSchedule.rpt
      660-01-IN_CustomerStatement.rpt
      660-4-01-REPL_CompareStockLevel.rpt
  4. Removed Food Management menus, reports and database objects
  5. Changed UI to pass standard footer on all reports.
