BBox database was being upgraded from V949 to V13 and we found the below error:

Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_LT_FMS_PUR_RequestDetail'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.LT_FMS_PUR_RequestDetail'. The duplicate key value is (161144b0-523e-f9d9-2877-1f26f601e74b).
The statement has been terminated.

The issue here is that there are Purchase Requests that have the same Part Number repeating multiple times in the Purchase Request Details. We have resolved the script and placed a patch for this on FTP. Patch Number: LinkSOFT_13.30.0316.zip is located at this link.

Aarti please confirm the issue has been resolved and assign this case to me for closure. thanks.

Hi Aarti, the data conversion time taken will depend on the power of the server and also the connection timeout n the database utility.

The default is 3600s = 1 hour. You should increase this for larger databases.

The configuration file is located in the installed folder, file name: C:\Program Files (x86)\Link Technologies\Link Technologies - DatabaseUtility.exe.config

Section to change: <add key="DataConnectionCommandTimeout" value="3600"/>. If you want to use 2 hours, use 7200 instead of 3600
