Summary: | Hi Alvis, Issue: Users are unable to resend failed emails from "Email Log". Steps to Replicate - In ESS, navigate to Email Log
- Add a new email.
- Email Address - rashna@linktechnologies.com.a (Email Address is Incorrect).
- Enter the "Subject" and "Body" as - "Test Failed Emails".
- Save the entry. Entry is added to the log.
- However, email is not sent since the email address was incorrect. Status of the email updated to "Retry".
- Status of the email entry then was updated to "Failed", with the option to edit and resend the email.
- Edit and correct the email address and save the details. However, the status of the email is stil Failed.
Test Environment - Version 949 GA
- LINKSOFTDEMO-UAT on QA4

| The following changes are required in Email Log to send an email: - Add a checkbox for failed emails
- Add button "Send Email" at the bottom of the page that will change the status of failed email to Ready.

- Added a new email.
- Email Address - rashna@linktechnologies.com.a (Email Address is Incorrect).
- Enter the "Subject" and "Body" as - "Failed Emails".
- Save the entry. Entry is added to the log.
- However, email is not sent since the email address was incorrect. Status of the email updated to "Retry".
- Edited the email entry. Updated the email addressed. Selected the email via the checkbox and resend emails by clicking on the "Send Email" button. Email should be sent without errors - Pass
- Verified the notes was updated to "User selected to resend"
