1. Change Details: (Requester to fill in) XXXXX Supermarket has requested for a new report in the below format which users will print and paste on the shelves for each of the products. We have a Price Label report but they are not satisfied with its layout and details.Below is the detailed explanation on sizes and Layout. - The report will be printed on an A4 paper.
- Size of each label to be 8.5cm x 2.7cm. So 2 can fit horizontally and 11 can fit vertically. Labels to be separated by thin black borders.
- The report should have the following Filters. Item from, Item to, Number of Copies, Supplier From and Supplier to, Location, Category, Sub-category
- The Report should Display the following things. Item Description, UOM, Price, and Date on which label was printed. The sample displayed in Figure 1.1 below.

2. TEST PLAN: Place all possible test cases relating to this new feature/Change request (Requester to fill in) - Test All Report Filters and ensure these are working fine.
- Print Report and verify the label size and content. Should match Figure 1.1 above
- Prices should be the RRP prices set at Priority Break 4. Setup multiple prices and review which one is printed

| Hi Alvis A few comments for : Issues: - Bin From and Bin to Search populates no data
- I am unsure of the Company Name Filter. Even if I type anything nothing comes in the report.
- Barcode Format filter. We are not displaying any barcodes in this report. Remove this filter
- Remove Print Price (Y/N) filter as this useless in this report. We need the prices for the shelves
Improvement:
- The Description very close to the top left edge. This should come down a little
- Can you add grid lines so that user can easily cut these for the shelve.
- Could you also alter the font sizes. I see this was not part of the case but will be useful since you will be altering these anyways.
- Price - 18
- Description - 12
- Date & UOM - 8
- Add In-Stock Filter: This should determine to only print items with positive stock or print all

| The following has been completed: - Corrected Bin No lookup on all reports
- Removed parameters: Company Name, Barcode Format, Print Price
- Added grid lines between each label
- changed font size and layout as requested.
- Instock copies can be generated by typing "INSTOCK" in no of copies parameter. Description changed to state this.
