| Subject: | Issue in "Performance Appraisal Summary Report" when generated for "Half Yearly" |
| Summary: | Hi Sanjay, Client raised concern that when the "Performance Appraisal Summary Report" is generated for Score Group - "Half Yearly", the value for the first half is calculated as "Value of First Half + Value of Second Half". We have replicated this in the demo database, refer below environment:
- Database: DEMO-LinkSOFT-LBS
- Version: 13.20
- Employee: E019
- This employee has completed both the appraisals for the year 2021 and also has been appraised by the manager and CEO
- Refer to figure 1 for the appraisal score from the "Appraisals" screen
- Generate the "Performance Appraisal Summary Report" is generated for Score Group - "Half Yearly" for this employee, the first half-yearly score shows the calculation for "Value of First Half + Value of Second Half". Refer to figure 2: Performance Appraisal Summary Report

| With reference to case L12551, we found that the two reports had the First Half column incorrectly calculated for the following reports: - Appraisal Summary
- Bonus Calculation Report
