---Important Note - This change was implemented by FRCS after the POS was certified. This is, therefore, a CHANGE REQUEST - Not a system issue --- Hi Sanjay, - We processed a sale at 8.24am on the 30/01/2019 but the "POS Time" on "Fiscal Invoice" read 29/01/2019 20:24. Refer to the attached receipt.
- Verified in version 10.1.39.
As discussed details on the fiscal invoice are sent from FRCS and below is their email regarding the above.

Good afternoon Chris, Just in regards to the Invoice time and date issue that you’re facing, please find the response below from our Consultant; Their POS is sending parameter “DateAndTimeOfIssue” Date Time in format example "2011-08-12T20:17:46.384Z”. Z at the end means "zero hour offset" which represents UTC time. Issue might be caused by their POS, which converts local DateTime parameter to UTC DateTime and sends it to ESDC software/device as UTC DateTime, which differs from Fiji Time approximately 12 hours depending of time of the year. Problem also might be caused by theirs POS PC, time might be set correctly but not the zone, they should recheck zone settings on their POS machine. I tested the case with Region: English (Australia) and Location: Fiji If you go to the https://www.frcs.org.fj/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/TaxCore-Technical-Instructions-for-POS-and-cash-Register-Developers-v.2.3.pdf PAGE 26 under Data Fields you will find “DateAndTimeOfIssue” field description which says “Current Local Date and Time in ISO 8601 format”, so they should use local time in “DateAndTimeOfIssue” property. You should investigate this issue with Link Technologies and if needed reaccredit their POS after they fix “DateAndTimeOfIssue”. Regards, Taione Kotoiwasawasa IT Support, Information Technology
