Subject: Remove auto refresh from timesheet import log screen

Hi Team

As per the discussion with Sanjay and Vineet, add a configuration in the LinkWeb applications to define the page refresh frequency.

There are clients who are repeatedly stating that ESS takes a of time to load.

On the Timesheet log page, the page keeps loading and loading. They are unable to view entries on the page.

The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. Removed automatic refresh from"Timesheet Log" menu and replaced with "Date From, Date To and Load Data" selection
  2. Changed procedure LT_ESS_TimesheetImportLog_SELECT to handle Date selection

Additional Details (Risks, issues, special conditions required for this test to pass etc): 

Date created is not populated when processing CSV files. Therefore we can not use the date filters to load files per dates.

In addition, the date filters are not functional. Files was processed on 19/05/2017. This file is loaded under dates 01/01/2016 to 31/12/2016. Refer to the image below

Added date for device 1 files that are completed in the timesheet log grid.

Additional Details (Risks, issues, special conditions required for this test to pass etc):
  • Tested case with Time from TNA database (GFI Setup) and CSV file.
  • Date Created is populated for both times processed from device 1 and 4.
  • The date filters are functional. 
  • Clicking on Load Data..populates file in the selected date range.
  • Page does not load, it populates data easily.
