Remove Restore database functionality from Backoffice

  1. Restore database is a system administrator functionality and not a user function.
  2. If a database is restored all inventory, POS, purchasing, HR, Payroll, FMS and Helpdesk data is LOST from the backup date forward.
  3. Remove Master DB access and requirements
