Subject: Incorrect date displayed on the "Applicant Listing" report
Summary:    

Hi Sanjay, 

Issue: Incorrect date is illustrated on the "Applicant Listing" report.

The below was done:

  1. Registered a new user on 18/06/2018.
  2. Applied for a vacancy on 18/06/2018 at 7.24 am
  3. Generated the "Applicant Listing" report with date 18/06/2018, no record was populated. 
  4. Generated the report with no dates, the Last Login was at 06/17/2018 9.24PM.

Test Environment

  1. Version 9.4 Beta 6
  2. Database - LINKSOFT on QA1 - Demo Setup.
  3. User - Ash and  Password - 12
  4. URL - http://10.0.0.11/RM

Development work for this case has been completed.
The change will be available in version: 9.4 beta 7

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):|

  1. Applicants created in the system has "date created" stored in UTC date format. We have changed the report to convert UTC date to local date and display local date/time.

2. The issue was caused by:

  1. Applicant's "DateCreated" is stored in UTC date. The report did not convert UTC to local.

    1. Create an applicant  "Allice" and apply for vacancy V1009 on 22/01/018.
    2. Generate the "Applicant Listing" report with date 22/01/2018, the record should show for the applicant "Alice" - Pass
    3. Generate the "Applicant Listing" report with no dates, the record should show for the applicant "Alice" - Pass
    4. Generate the "Applicant Listing" report with date 21/01/2018, the record should not show for the applicant "Alice" - Pass
    5. Generate the "Applicant Listing" report with date 23/01/2018, the record should not show for the applicant "Alice" - Pass
