Summary:

While performing normal sale, customer decides not to buy the items. Below are the steps which the cashiers can take to Void the transaction.

Note: Only Parked Transaction can be Void.

Steps to perform:

Step 1. Login to POS

Step 2. Select few items for sale

Step 3. Park the transaction

Step 4. Load the Transaction which was parked in Step 3

Step 5. Click on Transaction à Void Transaction
