Changes to Payroll integration to FMIS 

Re-write payroll integration to FMIS using standard integration framework.

Design Requirements:

1. When a pay run is updated, create an entry in ESS FMIS integration
2. Scheduled process in ESS will compute the journal entries and create GL Journal and AP Invoice entries to the standard integration.

The following has been completed:

1. Changed pay run update functionality to create entry in ESS FMIS Integration
2. Added schedule process in ESS "ESS026 - FMIS Payroll Integration. Used to compute payroll journals and send to General Ledger and Accounts Payable."
3. Added Tax on benefit journal to standard payroll journal entries

Changed the following GL customizations to utilize this framework:

1. CAAF 
   • custom function to build GL account
   • custom function to calculate Leave accrual hourly rate
   • Uses standard payroll journal entries
2. Colgate Palmolive Fiji
   • custom function to build GL account
   • Uses standard payroll journal entries
   • Uses custom procedure to extract data for CSV file
3. FICAC
   • custom function to build GL Account 
   • Uses standard payroll journal entries
   • Custom additional journal entry for Salaries Clearing
4. FNPF
   • custom function to build GL account
   • uses standard payroll journal entries
5. Hot Bread Kitchen
   • Custom procedure to extract data for CSV output file
   • Uses standard payroll journal entries
6. Housing Authority
   • Uses standard payroll journal entries
   • Custom additional journal entry for bonus accrued/increment
   • custom procedure to extract data for CSV output file
7. Land Transport Authority
   • Custom function to build GL Account
   • Custom function to calculate government levy
   • uses standard payroll journal entries
8. National Fire Authority
   • Uses custom procedure to extract data for CSV output file
   • Uses standard payroll journal entries
9. Reddy Group
   • Custom function to build GL Account
   • Custom procedure to extract data for CSV output file
   • Uses standard payroll journal entries
10. TLTB
    • Custom function to build GL Account
    • Uses standard payroll journal entries

Hi Team, 

As per comment number 6. Reddy Group Integration has been tested and case 9145 has been logged.

Test Enviornment for Reddy Group

• Database - CLIENT-REDDY-LINSKOFT.
• Server - QA4
• Application on QA1
• Payrun 2250
• Employee - 5545

On the other, All client customizations has been tested. Refer to comments 5 and 6.

Indidvual cases have been logged for issues identiifed.
