Subject: Purge Data to include TNA data past a certain date
Summary:    

Purge Data to include TNA data past a certain date - Issue with Jacks keeping data which is 2 years old.

  1. Add Cleanup of Analysis data in Purge.
  2. In Process ESS021
    1. Add a configuration to "DELETE" Archive after X number of days. This will permanently delete archive records. Parameter Name: TimesheetImport.DeleteArchiveRecordDays  Value: 90
    2. Change the default value of "TimesheetImport.ArchiveRecordsDays" to 30

PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version: 14.50

2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. Changed Process ESS021 Rule: TimesheetImport.ArchiveRecordsDays to 30
  2. Added Rule: TimesheetImport.DeleteRecordsDays. Default 365
  3. Added function to Cleanup Archived records based on 2 above. 

3. Affected Areas:

  1. TNA Records stored in Archive

4. The issue was caused by:

  1. Excessive database size when keeping Timesheet Records indefinitely. We remove this from LinkSOFt as the TNA system hols all these records and we do not use them in LinkSOFT after a certain date.

Test Setup Instructions:
  1. Setup TNA for TI001 and TI002
  2. Import Data as of 1st Jan 2023 - Batch 1
  3. Import another batch as at 01/02/2023 - Batch 2
