PART A - Development work for this case has been completed.

1. The change will be available in version: 14.90

2. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes, and any other relevant information):

  1. Changed the Default DATE FROM to the "First Day of the current year" when the user chooses an unlimited date range.
  2. In the Report Schedule, choosing "All" as the date range causes the dates to pick up as "1900/01/01" to "2999/02/31". This has been changed to "{Current Year}/01/01" to "{Current Year}/02/31". If you need to cast a wider date range, use the "Year" +/- an offset.

4. The issue was caused by:

  1. Users must choose a specific date for scheduled reports. Choosing an OPEN date range can cause a very large amount of data to be loaded which can cause performance issues.
