Additional Details (Risks, issues, special conditions required for this test to pass etc): 

The Reference Field size on menu 324 supports 16 characters only on screen whereas the length defined in the database is 35.

Scenario: The LICI number is almost of 20 characters, Users are facing difficulty in entering this number in the reference field of this screen. 

Requesting if this can be increased to match the database length.

Test 

Enter Reference of more than 20 characters. Field size can save 26 characters now.
I have tested the case with a reference of 20 characters. This was successfully saved on 324.

The reference was successfully displayed on the following reports
  • Pay Accumulator Report'
  • Employee Accumulator Detail
  • Pay Deduction
  • Pay Edit
  • Pay Component
