We have built a procedure (LT_POS_SystemHealthCheck) with duplicate check for JIWA Invoice transactions. When doing support, if you find potential issues, add to this health check procedure. Create a similar procedure for other modules so that we can manage potential issues. I have added a template below. The health check should insert an entry into the LOG table which will be emailed to our support team. The check should log the result of the check as follows: - DUPLICATE FOUND + {Some information that will allow the user to know where to look} - CRITICAL
