Subject: Sales order integration to JIWA is processing very slow at OTGL
Summary:    

Sales order integration to JIWA is processing very slow at OTGL.

Investigated and found that sales orders are processing at a rate of 25 transactions per minute. It would take approximately 50 hours to settle the queued sales orders.

Further investigation and performance improvement are required to speed up integration.

Development work for this case has been completed.

The change will be available in version:10.156 & 11.5

1. The following changes were made(Include Database object names, Program classes and any other relevant information):

  1. Added Sales Order Archive table to push completed transactions out from staging table
  2. Added a new process to validate the Sales order transactions. Once the transactions are validated, the process "FMISAR" will pick this up and integrate it.

2. Affected Areas:

  1. Integration to JIWA Sales order

3. The issue was caused by:

  1. Improvement

4. Notes: After these changes, the processing speed has increased to 50 transactions per minute.
5. Next Step: UAT
