Subject: System calculates timesheet hours incorrectly
Summary:    
We have a client who is using our ESS module and below is their setup;

Issue
When multiple time entries for a day is imported into the system via time and attendance module without using any timesheet rules, the segment hours are incorrectly computed. Refer to below setup and scenario;

1. No rules are active
2. Breaks are defined in the shift segments
3. Staff Sign-in the device in the morning when they come and Sign-out in the device when they go for the day
4. Staff also Sign-out and sign-in the device if they take an additional break.

This issue is handled by Timesheet Rule R003.

We will change the description of this rule to make it easier to understand.

The new description will be: Create "one" time entry line in "Timesheet Entry" when breaks exists in the day.
