The following are required before performing the yearly General Ledger Roll-Over:

· The Retained Earnings account is set up and selected in the General Ledger Configuration form

· Any distribution of profits (losses) for the year to be rolled are posted to the retained earnings account

· Financial reports have been printed

· GLMGT300 - Trial Balance

· GLMGT100 - Balance Sheet

· All users logged out of the system

· The data has been backed up prior to the system roll-over
